Quadriom Son & Image inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the laws applicable in Québec and Canada, including the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following information:

• First and last name

• Phone number and email address

• Project or billing address, and unit number

• Information about your project or service request (home automation, audio-video, network, security, etc.)

• For remote technical support: the description of the problem, a summary of the work done and technical session data (date, duration, device identifier)

2. How we use your information

Your information is used only to:

• Respond to your requests

• Provide quotes and services, including remote technical support

• Bill and follow up on our work

• Communicate with you about your project or request

• Send appointment reminders or service information

• Send SMS messages if you have consented to them

3. Remote technical support

During a remote support session, we may see documents, emails or information displayed on your screen. We commit to:

• look only at what is necessary for your request

• not copy, keep or share any of your files without your express permission

• not record the session without your consent

• not keep any password you may share with us

The connection app uninstalls itself automatically at the end of the session, and we keep no access to your computer.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Some providers process information on our behalf, only as part of our services:

• Stripe, for payment processing. We never see your card number.

• Zoho (Zoho Assist), for the remote connection.

• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose this channel to contact us.

• Our SMS platform and our web host.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Communication outside Québec

The servers of some of these providers may be located outside Québec, including in the United States. Before using them, we assess that the protection offered is adequate, and these providers are contractually bound to protect your information.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, and at the latest until the end of the periods required by tax laws. It is then securely destroyed.

7. Data protection

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure or modification. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your personal information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent, by writing to our person in charge of the protection of personal information. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
